One to two days for most homes. We tear off to the deck, replace any damaged sheathing, and rebuild the full system — underlayment, ice-and-water shield, flashing, and ridge ventilation — with a dedicated crew, then finish with a magnetic nail sweep of your yard.

Yes. Every inspection is free and photo-documented, whether it's a leak, storm damage, or a pre-sale checkup. You get the photos and a straight answer — about a third of our inspections end with us telling the homeowner not to spend money yet.

Look for dented gutters and downspouts, shingle granules piling up in gutters, or lifted shingle edges after a storm — but real hail bruising usually takes a trained eye on the roof. We photograph and chalk-mark every hit and produce an adjuster-ready report, then meet your insurance adjuster on-site.
